Characteristics: From Reef Coral Identification : Tall, bushy colonies, laterally branched, but not in single planes. Branches slender, flexible and long. Narrow, hard rough calyces extend prominently upward with sharply spiked lower lips. Branches bluish gray to bluish white, occasionally yellowish; polyps white. Colony height: 8 - 12 in.
