Habitat: This species can be easily found in forests, second-growth woodland and forest borders in the lowlands. Distribution: This species has been reported from eastern Mexico to northern Bolivia, northeastern Argentina and southern Brazil. Natural History Notes: You will have better chances to see this bird soaring high overhead rather than perched on a branch. Its diet mainly consists of opossums, monkeys, small bats and other birds.
