Description: Border Anole (Anolis limifrons) a.k.a Slender Anole. At first it looked like a frog because it was leaping/hopping down the path. It is a species of lizard in the family Dactyloidae. Length up to 15 cm. A. limifrons is found in Guatemala, Belize, Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, and Panama. Slender profile. Underside is creamy beige with pale green tint. Beautifully camouflaged against pale branch.
