Habitat: In mangrove and coral reefs, but also found on artificial substrates. Distribution: Bermudas, Cuba, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Panama. Depth: 0.5-3.0 m Characteristics: The siphons are bright red, with white bands. There are approximately 30 oral tentacles, six folds in each side of the branchial sac and a pale yellow hepatic gland on the stomach. There is one gonad in each side of the body; each one is divided in some hermaphrodite lobes. Gonads and intestine are surround by endocarps, there is not any endocarp in the body wall.
